How Do I Practice Picking Belt C

Starting at the Top E string on your Guitar. With the first pick on a three member model. Push the picks down across the strings at a moderate picking sped. Voice counting  " 1  +  2  +  " and picking the strings one after another in a stop go stop go manner at the same time on Demand. This" 1  +  2  +  " equals four moderate picked 8th Beats
Next speed up to rapid or fast picking, picking " 3a+a ". Try to pick four Beats " strings " one after another in this place of " 3a+a ". This " 3a+a " equals four rapid or fast picked 16th Beats.
Last slow down the picking speed to a moderate picking, picking " 4  +  " one after another at a stop go stop go manner on Demand. This  " 4  +  " equals two moderate picked 8th Beats to finish this Primary Belt of Running Beats.
Practice Picking this over and over using the Em chord. Practice Picking this Belt of running Beats Daily.
