Level 3 Secondary Belt 1

Secondary Belts of Beats are a 12 Beat Belt and have 12 individual Running Beats in them. Secondary Belts are a faster Belt of Running Beats, compare to the Primary Belts that have 10 individual Beats in each of them. These Secondary Belts are exciting and full of energy. There are 6 of them and for now they will be called, S1 S2 S3 S4 S5 S6.

Secondary Belts of Beats are compose from the 8th Beat Run of 8 individual equal Beats. This even run of 8 individual equal Beats is broken up and changed by removing four 8th Beats from the Run and replacing these four 8th Beats with 8 New 16th Beats. These 8 New 16th Beats come with a different value in musical timing and are counted like this,  1a+a2a+a. These 8 new 16th Beats 1a+a2a+a are squeeze in to the same space and time frame of four 8th Beats that are counted like this  1  +  2  +  .

No Secondary Belt of Running Beats has more Beats in it than the number of Beats that are in a measure.

Secondary Belt 1

To compose Secondary Belt S1. Take a 8th Beat Run of eight individual equal Beats. In this 8th Beat Run the first four Beats are " 1  +  2  + " . These first four 8th beats are picked at a moderate picking speed. Then the next four 8th Beats that are in that same run are, " 3  +  4  + " . In that same space and time frame of picking " 3  +  4  +  " squeeze in and replace these four 8th Beats with eight New 16th Beats rapidly picked, changing " 3  +  4  +  " to " 3a+a 4a+a ". This changes four moderate 8th Beats " 3  +  4  +  " to eight rapid or fast picked 16th Beats " 3a+a 4a+a ' to complete this 12 Beat Secondary Belt of Running Beats.

Secondary Belt S1 will be picked and counted like this

1  +  2  +  3a+a 4a+a

How do I Practice Picking Belt  S1

Starting at the Top E string on your Guitar. With the first pick on a three member model. Push the picks down across the strings at a moderate picking speed.  Picking the strings one after another in a stop go stop go manner and voice counting " 1  +  2  +  " at the same time on Demand. This " 1  +  2  +  " equals four moderate 8th Beats.
Then speed up to rapid or fast picking, picking the strings one after another and voice counting " 3a+a 4a+a " a the same time on Demand to finish. Try to pick eight Beats "strings" in these places of "3a+a 4a+a". This " 3a+a 4a+a " equals eight rapid or fasted picked 16th beats.
Practice picking this over and over using the Em chord. Practice picking this Belt of Running Beats Daily.

Belts should be picked in a cycling way, down and up down and up.

It is easer to voice count " 1  +  2  +  3  +  4  +  " instead of " 1  +  2  +  3a+a 4a+a " when practicing.  Just remember you need to pick eight Beats "strings" instead of four Beats "strings' in these places. It makes it easer.
