To compose Secondary Belt S2. Take an 8th Beat Run of eight equal Beats.
In this eight Beat Run take out the first four moderate Beats. These
first four moderate beats are " 1 + 2 + ". In that same space and
time frame of picking ' 1 + 2 + " squeeze in and replace these four
moderate 8th Beats with eight New 16th Beats rapidly or fast picked,
changed " 1 + 2 + " to " 1a+a 2a+a ". This changes four moderate 8th
Beats " 1 + 2 + " to eight rapid or fast picked 16th Beats " 1a+a
2a+a ".Then the last four Beats in this Run " 3 + 4 + ' remain the
same and are picked at a moderate picking speed. This completes this 12
Beat Secondary Belt of Running Beats.

How do I Practice
Picking Belt S2
Starting at the Top E string on your Guitar. With the first pick on a
three member model. Push the picks down across the strings at a rapid or
fast picking speed, voice counting and picking the strings one after
another at the same time on Demand " 1a+a 2a+a ".Try to pick eight beats
'strings" one after another in these places of "1a+a 2a+a ".This "1a+a
2a+a "equals eight rapid or fast picked 16th Beats.
Then slow down to a moderate picking speed. Picking the strings one
after another in a stop go stop go manner, voice counting " 3 + 4 + "
at the same time on Demand to finish. This " 3 + 4 + " equals four
moderate 8th Beats. Practice picking this over and over
using the Em chord. Practice
picking this Belts of Running Beats Daily.
