How do I Practice Picking Belt  S3

Starting at the Top E string on your Guitar. With the first pick on a three member model. Push the picks down across the strings at a rapid or fast picking speed, voice counting "1a+a " and picking the strings at the same time on demand. Try to pick four Beats "strings" one after another in this place of "1a+a ". This "1a+a " equals four rapid or fasted picked 16th Beats.
Than slow down to a moderate picking speed, picking the strings one after another in a stop go stop go manner and voice counting  " 2  +  " at the same time on Demand. Only pick two Beats "strings" in this place of " 2  +  ".
Than speed up to rapid or fast picking, picking " 3a+a " Try to pick four Beats "strings " one after another in this place on Demand. This " 3a+a " equals four rapid or fast picked 16th Beats.
Last, slow down to a moderate picking speed and pick " 4  +  ". This "4  +  " is two Beats 'strings moderately picked one after another in a stop go stop go manner on Demand.
