Progressions are numbers of chords played together in a sequence "order".  This method teams up with the chords in a progression.  Through it's unique features, it brings you into a rhythm where simple notes that make up chords are repeatedly played "picked". This repeated picking creates a continuous flowing of notes. With this flowing of notes we can now harvest the abundance the chord has to offer.
